Rosy von Elle is an adorable 14 week old Chihuahua mix. Her mother is a Maltese/Yorkie mix, but daddy was a traveling man so your guess is as good as ours. Rosy’s favorite place to be is in your lap, or sprawled out on her foster sister and she loves to be held and kissed. Rosy is such a smart little puppy, she already has full run of her foster’s home, because she knows not to go inside the house. She uses pee pee pads and her foster mommy takes her outside every two hours, and she will potty outside. She is so beautiful and her coat is like silk. You can see she has had the best of care.
